Stone Oak Urgent Care & Family Practice is always striving to put patients’ health first. Due to COVID-19 we are offering TELEHEALTH to decrease the spread of the virus. However, now we have taken it one step further that any patient presenting with potential COVID-19 or viral upper respiratory symptoms we are offering our patients an avenue to get TESTED from their own home. Please feel free to contact our office at 210-481-6060 to schedule an appointment either by PHONE, TABLET, COMPUTER, or IN OFFICE if you seek medical attention.

We are accepting all NEW patients and ALL INSURANCES to patients with NO INSURANCE as we believe during this pandemic everyone has the right to quality and affordable care. In addition, during the pandemic PLEASE GET CARE for all other chronic medical conditions including your refills, urgent health needs, mental health needs, family planning, and so much more. PLEASE DO NOT NEGLECT YOUR HEALTH during these unprecendented times.

We are all in this together! We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from the public health officials and government agencies so we can continue to support our patients and communities as needed.
